Funny you should ask, as I just got home from attending a hearing session. According to the handout, only 2 more hearing dates have been scheduled....Wed. 3/13 @ DEP's Central Regional Office in Worcester @ 5 p.m. and Thurs. 3/14 @ DEP's Western Regional Office in Springfield @ 4 p.m.
Copies of the proposed amendments can be obtained by contacting Tom Maguire at 617 292-5602.
The written comment deadline period has been extended to March 29th.
So, if you missed attending a hearing, you could get yourself a copy of the proposals from Tom and send in your written comments by deadline. The address of where to submit your comments is noticed on the proposal copy.
