Dear Drew: You might also want to look at the home pages for different ConComs. Most of the ones on-line are found elsewhere on the MACC site, and some have posted their by-laws for easy access.
: I am a Con Com member drafting wetlands bylaws for West Springfield. I would appreciate it if Commissions who are pleased with their wetlands or conservation area bylaws would email me to arrange for a download or paper copy. Your comments on ways to improve them would also be helpful. I do plan to attend the related workshop at the MACC Annual Meeting. Thanks.
