I am interested in finding out whether buffer zone regs in 310CMR are percieved by Con Com members and other interested/concerned persons or groups to be effective in limiting development projects around wetlands. Would be happy to get anecdotes/case histories as well as opinions. How do the state regs compare in effectiveness with local town regs (where they exist)? Thanks.
