Welcome to the MACC’s Electronic Resource Center. In an effort to help Massachusetts Conservation Commissions share what they use to help administer the Wetlands Protection Act, preserve open space, and educate the public, this page has been created to facilitate just that. Beneath each category is a downloadable file that can be viewed for reference or altered directly for use by other Commissions. Please remember to read them carefully as some documents contain items that may be town-specific in regards to local by-laws.
As this collection is a work in progress, we encourage you to consider offering your town’s documents for posting. To do so, please send them to stephen.schneider@maccweb.org in an alterable form (MS Word, MS Excel, etc.) if possible. If such a format is not available, i.e. PDF, JPEG, etc., please send it anyway. It will be posted for reference only.
