This program aims to provide a brief introduction and terminology used in the field, a perspective on dam management as a key tool from flood damage reduction, dam safety and dam inspection, and a preview on upcoming issues. MACC/ EBC Young and Ascending Professionals Event: Dam Practices for Advancing Professionals 

Please join the EBC Ascending Professionals Committee and the EBC Dam Management Committee for an evening program that will focus on current and emerging issues in Dam Practice. This program aims to provide a brief introduction and terminology used in the field, a perspective on dam management as a key tool from flood damage reduction, dam safety and dam inspection, and a preview on upcoming issues. The talks will be given by young and seasoned industry professionals. Attendees will leave the program with fresh and relevant information on important aspects of Dam Practice.

Ample time for Q&A will be available during the moderated discussion following presentations.
